SOCA FITNESS

Remember when you were younger. You were in great shape, you were slim and sissie, fun loving vibrant and so full of life. We would go to Soca - Calypso party/fet every weekend , or we would party to Soul and Reggie music. We spent a lot of time having fun though it was demanding on our bodies. We were more fit than our Soca warriors soccer/football squad.

Fast-forward to today, life has caught up to you and me, we try to balance work, school, kids, older parents, your man or woman, bills, Diet, friends, family..........stress left right and center. We are stressed-out and over weight, some of us are double the weight we were at 20 years old.

Music, Dancing, Sex and Exercise are all things that keep us happy, healthy and able to cope with day to day life. How many of us get enough?

MUSIC....WE ALL HAVE GOOD TIMES LISTENING AND SINGING ALONG TO OUR FAVORITE MUSIC.

DANCE.... ALWAYS PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE AND I AM SURE IT DOSE THE SAME FOR YOU.

SEX....MAKES THE MIND AND SOUL SMILE, HELPS RELIEVE STRESS!(i am feeling a little stressed right now lol)

EXERCISE..for most of us there is no joy in exercise, i say get your exercise in while you enjoy your music, dance and sex.

We all know how to get some exercise, while listening to music we can dance and work-up a sweat. Sex is great exercise but for most of us it is short and not frequent enough.

OK, my suggestion is, when you start thinking about sex and your heart-rate starts to increase this is a great time to use that sexual energy to work-out. You can get a lot accomplished on sexual energy. I personally like to do resistance training when i am feeling for some. I recommend a set of resistance workout bands.
